Today, I came to the rather late realization that I love cheese. I knew I like it for a while but I didn't realize the depths of my feeling for it until today. I like a number of different types of cheeses. I also love both toasted/melted cheese. I like cheese buns as well but I prefer the homemade ones more because they seem less salty or something.
