Today, I went to see a movie*. When I was younger and went to see movies, we never got any popcorn or anything. Now, I usually get some popcorn and a drink. Not just any popcorn. I tend to get the Kid's pack or combo at the movies. I like getting the kid's pack because there is not too much of any one thing. You get a small drink, a small popcorn and a small candy. It may look odd that someone my age gets the kid's pack but I don't really care. For me, they are just right.
* The movie I saw was "The Hangover". It was quite enjoyable, although I read too much about it beforehand, so I knew a bunch of what happened in the movie.
When I was 26, I attempted to write about something I liked everyday. That didn't exactly work out. I am going to try something a bit different this time.

Not as bad as I thought...
Apologies to all the "Bones" fans who watch it on FOX. Minor spoiler alert. Generally, when 'Global' has its act together, we get 'Bones' episodes a day early (when they don't, occasionally we don't get them). So I saw this weeks episode (that airs tomorrow on FOX) already. It was an enjoyable episode and that is all that I am going to say without getting into heavier spoiler territory. I was worried when I read the premise but it turned out better than I thought it would. That being said, today's favourite thing is getting TV shows a day early.
I apologize if that was still too spoilery, I really tried to say something without saying anything (if that makes any sense whatsoever).

Spoiler alert....
I tend to get overly excited about stuff, nearly to the point of obsession. When I am first introduced to something that I really like, I have to find out everything I possibly can about it. The length of this phase of my relationship with it varies and eventually a) I find out everything there is to know about it, b) I lose interest or c) a causes b. Part of the whole information gathering expedition, particularly for books or television, is looking at spoilers. I have to find out what happens next. One week between episode is too long. Especially if I have the option of finding out sooner. Invariably, the show is kinda ruined because I saw some stuff beforehand and I know I really show stay away from looking at the scoop, but I can't help myself. Because of this information obsession, I actually know great places to get scoop, especially for TV. My two favourite places for TV spoilers are Ask Ausiello and Watch with Kristin. Anyway, today's favourite things are spoilers (I love them and hate them in equal measure).
