Editing community style

So I have been unemployed for a few months now and have been applying for quite a few jobs. I continually need to update or change something on my cover letter or resume and like to get feedback from someone else about how I should word something or what I should put in or leave out. One way I have found that really works and that I really like is called Google Documents. You can upload a document that you are working on into google documents andthen invite collaborators to help you edit. I find it to be a great for more than one person to edit a document at the same time. I believe you need a google account in order to actually edit it but I could be wrong.
